How it works.

  • Introductory Call

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. The first 15–20 minute introductory call is a chance to discuss what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and see if we’re a good fit to move forward together.

  • Sessions

Once we determine that we’re a good fit, we’ll meet for weekly 50-minute therapy sessions. Change can be challenging, so therapy works best when we build a consistent, trusting relationship.

  • Parent Sessions.

I like to meet with guardians once a month to check in on how things are going at home. Unless I am concerned about safety, I always discuss with your teen first and share only what they allow, helping maintain trust. These 50-minute sessions, billed at the standard rate, can include updates on home, school, or other relevant information.
