Therapy that meets you where you are.
I invite curiosity about the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself and how those patterns may no longer serve you. Together, we make room for the messiness of life as we explore what you long for and how those desires appear in your relationships—with yourself, with me, and with others.
Who I see:
Teens and Adolescents
With over a decade of experience as an educator, I support teens and adolescents navigating the challenges of identity, relationships, and self-worth. Therapy provides a safe space to explore feelings, reclaim personal narratives, and build self-compassion. I also work with caregivers to stay connected through these transitions.
Young Adults
Young adulthood can feel like an in-between space—full of transitions, questions, and pressure to have it all figured out. I provide a warm, supportive space to explore your experiences, reflect on what matters, and reconnect with your voice. Together, we’ll build a path forward rooted in self-awareness and self-trust.
Adults
Therapy can hold space for both clarity and uncertainty, helping you make sense of life’s questions and contradictions. Together, we’ll explore where you are, where you hope to be, and the patterns that may be holding you back. Through a trusting, supportive relationship, you can move forward with greater clarity, self-compassion, and ease.
About Me:
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#150406) under the supervision of licensed psychologist Sahil Sharma, PsyD (PSY33606). I provide a safe and affirming space to explore both current struggles and past wounds, honoring every part of your story. I believe therapy can hold both clarity and uncertainty—a place where the questions, contradictions, and complexities of being human can come together. My role is to help you make sense of it all in a world that often expects us to have everything figured out.
With over 15 years in education and more than 13 years as a history and Ethnic Studies teacher, I’ve seen how personal and collective stories shape identity, connection, and healing—insights I bring deeply into my work as a therapist. After my years in the classroom, I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute. My approach is relational, warm, and gently direct. Grounded in empathy, curiosity, and cultural humility, I help clients explore patterns and experiences that may feel limiting, while fostering clarity, growth, and self-compassion. When I’m not in private practice, I provide mental health support in a school setting, working with both general education students and students with IEPs as they navigate their academic and personal worlds.
It’s an honor to do this work with you.
